About WiseEnhance?
WiseEnhance is a web browser extension distributed by Yontoo, a division of Sambreel Holdings based in Carlsbad, CA. It is designed to inject various forms of advertising, such as inline text, multi-site searching, comparison shopping popups, and banners, into the user's web browsing experience. This adware is included as part of a download bundle and installs itself as a web browser add-on or extension for popular browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. In addition to displaying advertisements, the WiseEnhance extension also modifies web browser settings to facilitate its ad injection offers. This includes adjusting the load time in Internet Explorer and modifying the browser's Instant Search feature. Furthermore, it will automatically open search engine results page links in new browser tabs without user consent. It's important to note that this software may be installed without adequate notice to the user, as it is only mentioned in the website's End User License Agreement. This adware's intrusive behavior and modification of browser settings may result in undesirable effects for the user.
Multiple virus scanners have detected malware in WiseEnhance.
