About HypeNet?
This software, a branded version of the Yontoo adware browser add-on, integrates itself into the user's web browser (including IE, Chrome, and Firefox) and presents unrelated advertising content on websites not affiliated with Yontoo or its partners. Advertisements appear in various formats, including banners, video ads, search-related ads, transitional and in-text ads, and links. Additionally, the software autonomously updates and communicates with its server to receive instructions, additional ad feeds, and to report user interactions and web page visits.
Multiple virus scanners have detected malware in HypeNet.
