By installing the Software on your computer and using the Comparative Service, you are granting authorization to DealScout and participating Providers to analyze your shopping queries on specific e-commerce or related sites to conduct relevant shopping searches for you. This includes contacting aggregators of alternative products and services, options, or deals that may be relevant to your shopping query. DealScout will serve as your shopping aggregator across various shopping-related sites to compile data pertinent to your search queries. The software may also open a new browser window, frame, or other form of display on your computer, resizing any open browser windows as necessary. It will display deals, offers, and other search results based on your queries within the used form of display. Furthermore, the Software will collect basic information about any financial transactions performed via or facilitated through the Comparative Service in order for DealScout to receive its referral fee from the Providers.
