Vafmusic9 Toolbar

Vafmusic Toolbar is a Community Toolbar developed by Conduit for integration with web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. The toolbar is supported by advertising and is intended to display ads within the toolbar while also making modifications to the browser's home page and search settings to gather usage statistics. It is commonly bundled with third-party software to generate revenue. During the installation process, users may be given the option to customize their home and search pages, but this is often pre-selected and overlooked. If the software is uninstalled, users will need to manually restore their settings. As stated in the End User License Agreement (EULA), the company will automatically download and install remote updates and collect and store information about the user's web browsing activities locally on the computer in order to improve the toolbar's functionality and provide targeted advertising. The EULA also states, "By Using a Conduit Software you may enable Conduit to access, use, and collect a variety of information, both personal and non-personal, regarding your Internet Browser, your browsing habits, and information about your computer".
