Far Cry 2

Far Cry 2, developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft, is an open world first-person shooter that serves as a sequel to the original Far Cry. The game offers players an open-ended experience with the ability to ally with one or multiple factions and progress through the game world and missions as they choose. This nonlinear style of gameplay, often referred to as sandbox mode, allows the story to progress at the player's speed and in the order of their choosing. Players can employ a variety of playing styles, from head-on assaults to stealthy infiltrations and assassinations. Set in a sprawling African landscape, the game features diverse terrain ranging from desert to savannah to jungle. Various factions and vehicles are also part of the game, and enemies primarily consist of human mercenaries. Unlike its predecessor, Far Cry 2 does not include sci-fi creatures such as the Trigens.
