Complitly is an intrusive browser add-on that surreptitiously installs itself via malware, without the user's consent. Once installed, it operates in the background within the web browser, offering no tangible benefits to the user. This software is known to perform the following actions: 1. Modifies the default home page of the web browser. 2. Alters the default search engine in the web browser's built-in search box. 3. Introduces alternative "page not found" functionality. 4. Facilitates application updates when new versions are released. 5. Adds, removes, or modifies components that interact with search input fields. 6. Enables search directly from the address bar of the web browser. According to the End User License Agreement (EULA), Complitly provides Browser and Application add-ons ("Add Ons") designed to enhance search and browsing experiences with features such as search autocomplete and website information retrieval. Note: Given the adverse nature of this software, users are strongly advised to remove it from their systems to avoid potential security and privacy risks.
