Torchlight

Torchlight is an action role-playing game originally developed by Runic Games and published by Perfect World. In Europe, JoWooD Entertainment released a retail box version of the game. In Torchlight, players assume control of a lone hero who explores a series of randomized dungeons while engaging in combat with various enemies, collecting equipment, gold, and other loot. The game also features a hub town where players can buy and sell items to NPC vendors and accept quests. Throughout the game, players will encounter unique bosses and complete a series of quests that advance the main storyline. Additionally, players have the option to take on side quests, random quests, and explore branching dungeon areas. The game's three-dimensional graphics are viewed from an overhead perspective, similar to the isometric perspective used in the original Diablo. Torchlight is primarily designed for personal computers and is controlled using a point-and-click mouse interface and keyboard hotkeys.
