GigaClicks Crawler

This software application, known as WebStroller, is designed to monitor a user's web browsing activity and capture click-stream data for the purpose of aggregating and tracking user behavior, including search and browsing habits. When WebStroller is active on a computer, it may automatically transmit non-personally identifiable information, such as the system's IP address, to GigaClicks Inc when contacting their servers. It should be noted that WebStroller does not set any cookies, and it stores some information locally on the user's system, including basic browsing history (such as visited URLs, text and images from pages, IP addresses linked from pages, and an index of most visited pages), cookies, and a record of downloads. All stored data is automatically deleted once the WebStroller session ends. Additionally, WebStroller assigns a unique identifier to the user's computer in order to track subsequent WebStroller sessions.
