DVD Video Soft Toolbar

The DVD Video Soft Toolbar is a browser extension developed by Conduit that is compatible with Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. It functions by gathering information about users' web browsing activities and transmitting this data to OurToolbar in order to generate personalized service recommendations and display advertisements through the toolbar. Upon installation, the toolbar may attempt to modify the browser's home page and search provider settings, with the option to opt out typically being enabled by default. In addition to featuring a search box, the toolbar offers various generic functionalities and is capable of automatically updating without user notification. It is important to note that the DVD Video Soft Toolbar operates on a pay-per-install (PPI) model, wherein Conduit compensates the publisher a certain amount for each installation and monthly retention of the toolbar within the user's web browser, the exact amount contingent upon the user's country of origin. Typically, the toolbar is bundled as an optional component during the installation of the free DVD Video Soft program, and it is not automatically removed when the DVD Video Soft software is uninstalled, necessitating manual removal. Furthermore, if the toolbar has modified the browser's home page and search settings, users are responsible for reverting these changes manually.
