About shopperz?
Shopperz is a sophisticated adware program that utilizes multiple techniques to evade detection and to resist removal. It specifically targets Internet Explorer and Firefox by using browser extensions, as well as hijacking the Windows Layered Service Provider (LSP) and manipulating the Windows DNS library to redirect the hosts file. Upon installation, Shopperz injects advertisements, including banner ads, text-links, coupons, and other offers into the user's web browsing experience, and may also generate pop-up ads outside of the browser.
