Connect DLCS Toolbar for IE

Connect DLC is an Internet Explorer Conduit Connect toolbar that functions as a web browser extension and Browser Helper Object, leveraging the Conduit/Perion monetization platform for distribution. Though typically offered as an optional installation, users often encounter it bundled with third-party software. Upon setup, this toolbar modifies the home page and new tab pages to a Conduit-controlled search portal utilizing Bing as the primary search engine. It also alters the default search provider to utilize Bing. As per the License agreement, the installation process of the Conduit Software and/or the Customized Software may lead to changes in Internet Browser settings, mobile device settings, and social network account settings. This includes altering the default search engine in the Internet Browser, enabling software updates, and granting Conduit access to information contained on the user's social network account or site, subject to explicit and separate opt-in.
