GoToAssist is a cloud-based software solution that provides users with the ability to remotely access and control computers and other internet-connected devices for technical support purposes. With the capability to conduct simultaneous sessions on up to eight remote computers, users can efficiently troubleshoot multiple issues at once. The remote control feature allows users to manipulate a remote machine using their own mouse and keyboard, while the two-way screen sharing feature enables users to view a client's screen and share their own screen for training purposes.
