ZoneAlarm Toolbar

The ZoneAlarm Security Toolbar is a browser extension that integrates a OurToolbar toolbar into your web browser. This toolbar collects and stores information about your web browsing habits, which is then used by OurToolbar to suggest services and provide targeted ads. It may also automatically download and install updates without user notification. It is important to note that the ZoneAlarm Security Toolbar operates on a Pay-Per-Install (PPI) model, where the publisher receives payment from Conduit for each installation and for every month that the toolbar remains installed in the user's web browser, with payment amounts varying by country. Typically, the toolbar is bundled with the free ZoneAlarm software as an installation option and may not be automatically uninstalled when ZoneAlarm is removed from the user's computer. Users are required to manually remove the toolbar, and if the home page and search settings were modified by the toolbar, they must also be manually reverted back by the user.
