Savings Bull is a browser adware extension compatible with popular web browsers such as IE, Chrome, and Firefox. It integrates into the user's browser as a toolbar and operates as a background process, delivering additional advertisements in search engines like Bing and Google. It inserts new ads into search results and various web pages that utilize third-party advertising, replacing existing ads with its own. Moreover, Savings Bull generates pop-up ads during user activities such as video watching or online shopping. As stated in the End-User License Agreement (EULA), the Toolbar interacts with the user's computer by displaying advertisements, inserting banners or coupons into web pages, converting words into hyperlinks linked to ads, and communicating with servers to check for new offers and updates. Additionally, it monitors and records the domain names of viewed pages, the displayed advertisements, and the user's interactions with these ads.
